Refund policy

At Dreadboy, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

7-Day Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, only in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged.

  • The product received is incorrect or a different product from what was ordered.

  • Any item is missing from the package.

Unboxing Video Required

For any claim regarding a missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel.

The video should:

  • Clearly show the unopened parcel and shipping label.

  • Show the package being opened from start to finish.

  • Clearly show the product and any defect, damage, or missing item.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Product Condition

Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and other accessories intact. Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or without original tags/packaging may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Reasons

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer.

  • Products that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Normal differences in colour caused by screen/display settings.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

Contact Dreadboy within 7 days of delivery with your order number, unboxing video, and clear photos/videos of the issue. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process the eligible exchange or refund as applicable.
